Our Vision

Solar Swan Systems Ltd has a vision to provide clean energy solutions for the benefit of local communities, regions, nations and the world. We will manufacture and support clean technology products for sale to local organisations and businesses and to public and private energy providers. By growing to be a key player in renewable energy development, with the facility to market the technology worldwide, we will be well placed to realise this vision.

Our Objectives

Our goal is to be a key player in renewable energy development. The initial objective is to develop a novel support structure concept for solar PV systems to a marketable stage. Following successful commercialisation, we aim to become a major EPC contractor and consultant in the clean and renewable energy industries with a specific interest in the following:

• Providing innovative solutions for localised solar PV power generation, in particular for small communities, both public and private

• Enhancing the development of large-scale solar PV installations by application of new technology

• Developing clean energy storage technologies

• Developing integrated clean technology solutions

In this way, we seek to apply our intellectual property to opportunities locally, regionally and nationally. A further goal is the internationalisation of its products and ideas, again commercialising the technology, thereby offering benefit to a global market.

Keys to Success

Our key strategies are as follows.

Research and development - we believe that identifying ideas and technologies that will contribute to the development of clean energy is fundamental to achieving our vision. As well as progressing ideas generated within the company, we will form strong relationships with academic institutions in order to develop ideas that may arise.

Commercialisation - an idea without implementation is of little use, so we intend to turn the concepts identified above into products that can be marketed successfully to the benefit of all stakeholders.

High quality people - without the people in place who have the skills, experience and expertise to realise our objectives, we have no way to achieve our goals. We will focus on recruiting, supporting and retaining key talent.

Appropriate markets - we will identify markets that provide the fertile soil in which to grow our ideas. Such markets have favourable natural environments, the willingness to support concept development, a local need, and a market opportunity.

Company Summary

Solar Swan System Ltd is a private limited company registered in the UK, with the purpose of developing technology in the renewable energy sector, initially in developing a new support structure solution for solar power generation.

Further development of the company will include realisation of additional opportunities (for example in progressing other technologies, products and services) but also the improvement and refinement of the initial product.

In addition, we will seek to internationalise the organisation, by establishing separate entities in other territories. These will develop and commercialise our products in other countries, and will also identify and develop additional ideas.

In addition to funding supplied by the owners of the company, we intend to raise funding from interested private or public organisations in the UK and other regions in order to bring our products to market. A number of suitable organisations have already been identified.
